Healthcare Assistant – Night Shifts | £12.50 per hour |

Working night shifts, you’ll provide high-quality care, comfort, and reassurance to residents throughout the night. You’ll be part of a close-knit team who genuinely care about the wellbeing and dignity of every individual in the home.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards)
  • Experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in a care or nursing home setting
  • A warm, empathetic, and reliable approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team on night shifts
  • Strong communication and observational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver thoughtful, person-centred care during night hours
  • Assist residents with personal care, repositioning, and mobility needs
  • Ensure residents feel safe, respected, and supported overnight
  • Monitor and document care in line with policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and escalate concerns when needed
  • Contribute to a calm, clean, and homely environment for all
