They are now seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Staff Nurse (RMN) to join their warm and friendly team. Whether you prefer days or nights, this service offers flexibility and a genuine opportunity to be part of something meaningful.

 

As a Staff Nurse (RMN), you’ll play a key role in the care and recovery of residents with complex mental health needs. Working closely with support staff, families, and external professionals, you’ll ensure every individual receives holistic, respectful, and person-centred care.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC pin
  • Experience working in mental health settings (acute, rehab, community, or residential)
  • Compassionate, calm, and confident in clinical decision-making
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to person-centred care and mental health recovery
