Our client is seeking an experienced, passionate Nursery Manager to lead a brand-new early years setting designed with creativity, safety, and curiosity at its heart.

As the Nursery Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery, leading the team to deliver outstanding care and early years education. You’ll build strong relationships with children, families, and staff, ensuring that the nursery offers a safe, stimulating space where every child is supported to develop and flourish.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager in a busy early years setting
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and health & safety
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A warm, proactive approach and a genuine passion for early years development

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the nursery team to deliver high-quality, inclusive care and learning
- Ensure compliance with all safeguarding, health & safety, and EYFS requirements
- Oversee nursery operations including rota planning, budgeting, and occupancy
- Build trusting relationships with families, promoting parental engagement
- Support staff development through supervision, mentoring, and training
- Foster a nurturing, child-centred culture in line with the nursery’s values
