What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or above)
- Previous experience in a Nursery Manager role is essential
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a diverse team
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- Confident communicator with a warm, professional manner
- Passionate about child development and inclusive practice

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the nursery team to deliver outstanding care and early years education
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high safeguarding standards
- Support staff development through coaching, supervision, and accredited training
- Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external professionals
- Manage nursery budgets and resources efficiently
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment indoors and outdoors
- Lead on planning and delivering the EYFS framework in line with best practice
