What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) – essential
• Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting – preferred
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their individual development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A nurturing, energetic, and reliable personality

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, high-quality care and learning for children aged 0–5
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities including sensory play, construction, nature exploration, yoga, and science experiments
• Foster children's development in line with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework
• Observe, assess, and track children's progress, maintaining accurate records
• Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
• Contribute to a warm, inclusive, and collaborative nursery environment
