What You’ll Need

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong EYFS knowledge and good safeguarding awareness.
• Confident communicator with great teamwork and organisation skills.
• A nurturing, proactive and enthusiastic attitude.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and deliver engaging, child-led activities following the EYFS.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families.
• Track developmental progress and tailor learning opportunities.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment.
• Support inclusive practice and adapt learning for individual needs.
• Work closely with your team to maintain a positive, nurturing culture.
