This is a full-time, term-time only position — perfect for someone who loves the buzz of nursery life but also values a great work-life balance. You’ll create engaging, age-appropriate activities, build trusting relationships with children and families, and work as part of a supportive, collaborative team who share your passion for early years excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
  • A kind, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.

  • A genuine love for helping children learn and flourish.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary – up to £30,000 per annum
  • Term time only – enjoy holidays that align with the school year
  • Company pension scheme
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Access to a staff benefits portal
  • Discounted childcare for your own little ones
  • An additional day off for your birthday – to celebrate you!
  • Company sick pay for peace of mind
  • Work in an Outstanding nursery with modern, light-filled rooms designed to inspire learning and discovery

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality early years education and care in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Create fun, stimulating activities that nurture confidence, independence, and imagination.
  • Support each child’s individual learning journey and celebrate their progress.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with parents and carers.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, safety, and hygiene at all times.
