What You’ll Do

• Support the Room Leader in the smooth daily running of the room and wider nursery
• Act as a Key Person, building strong, trusting relationships with children and families
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that follow the EYFS curriculum
• Carry out observations and assessments to celebrate each child’s development
• Prepare and maintain stimulating indoor and outdoor environments, including messy play and garden areas
• Ensure all safeguarding and health & safety policies are met
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to create a connected, caring environment
