Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – 40 Hours per week – Up to £27,000

What You’ll Need

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working as a Nursery Practitioner in a day nursery
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Confidence working independently within a room

Desirable

• Paediatric First Aid certification

What You’ll Do

• Act as Key Person for a group of children, maintaining accurate learning journals
• Plan and adapt activities based on children’s interests and development
• Support children’s personal, social and emotional development through consistent routines
• Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS standards at all times
• Communicate clearly with parents regarding progress and daily care
• Contribute to room organisation, observations, and team planning
