Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Term-Time Only | Up to £28,000

Our client, an inspiring and community-focused early years provider, is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team in a beautiful, nursery that places strong emphasis on outdoor learning and skill-building.

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education – essential
  • Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
  • A genuine passion for early childhood development and outdoor learning
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Create a nurturing, stimulating environment that supports children’s holistic development
  • Encourage learning through outdoor play, exploration, and hands-on experiences
  • Develop strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and team members
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress and contribute to planning
  • Promote a culture of safeguarding and ensure all health & safety procedures are followed
