Our client, an inspiring and community-focused early years provider, is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team in a beautiful, nursery that places strong emphasis on outdoor learning and skill-building.

- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education – essential
- Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Create a nurturing, stimulating environment that supports children’s holistic development
- Encourage learning through outdoor play, exploration, and hands-on experiences
- Develop strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress and contribute to planning
- Promote a culture of safeguarding and ensure all health & safety procedures are followed
