Salary: £20,000

We’re looking for a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our client’s warm and inclusive team — someone who’s passionate about giving every child the best possible start.

What We’re Looking For
• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and how to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
• A team player with great communication skills and a positive, nurturing approach

What You’ll Do
• Support the planning and delivery of stimulating activities that promote children’s development and learning
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued
• Work closely with colleagues and contribute to a strong, collaborative team culture
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed and involved in their child’s progress
• Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies and procedures
