Nursery Manager – Term-Time Only

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Are you a passionate and experienced childcare professional ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We’re looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our client’s term-time only nursery — someone who truly believes in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space where every child can thrive.

What We’re Looking For

• A relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager, with a track record of achieving good or outstanding Ofsted ratings
• A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and how to put it into practice effectively.
• Confident communication, strong organisational skills, and a calm, approachable leadership style.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Inspire, support, and develop a team of early years practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Plan and implement policies, procedures, and engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
• Build warm, professional relationships with parents and carers, fostering trust and collaboration in their child’s development.
• Take responsibility for health and safety, managing risk assessments and ensuring a safe environment for children and staff alike.
