Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 or 3 | Up to £28,000 | Full-Time

Our client, a warm and inclusive early years service, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values creativity, care, and professional development.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll work as part of a supportive team to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0–5 years. Whether Level 2 or Level 3 qualified, you’ll play a vital role in helping children learn through play, build confidence, and develop key skills for life.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare – essential.
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting is desirable.
- Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and inclusive practice.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, positive, and proactive attitude with a genuine passion for early years.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Plan and support engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's development and wellbeing.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, contributing to individual learning journeys.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment, following safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
