The nursery is a well-established setting with an experienced, caring team and a calm, child-centred approach to early years care.
As Nursery Room Leader, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a room, supporting staff and maintaining EYFS standards. The role suits someone who leads through example, communicates clearly with parents and colleagues, and values care and teamwork.

What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Recent experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner in a nursery
- Good working knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Ability to communicate clearly with staff, management, and parents
