Nursing Home Manager - £70,000

 

You will lead a stunning, luxury nursing home providing residential, dementia, and nursing care within an elegant, purpose-built environment. We are looking for a nurse-qualified Nursing Home Manager who can establish and uphold the highest standards of care, ensuring every resident experiences a true home-from-home atmosphere.

  • A proven record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings is essential.

What You’ll Do

    • Hold CQC registration and maintain continuous inspection readiness
    • Lead clinical governance, audits and service improvement plans
    • Monitor budgets, agency usage and occupancy levels
    • Recruit, manage and develop nursing and care teams
    • Oversee safeguarding, complaints and risk management processes
    • Maintain professional relationships with families, commissioners and regulators

 

What You’ll Need

    • Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
    • Experience as a Nursing Home Manager in a comparable setting
    • Demonstrable Good or Outstanding CQC inspection outcomes
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and safeguarding
    • Experience managing budgets and multidisciplinary teams
