Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Home Manager to lead two small, person-centred residential homes supporting adults with complex behavioural needs, learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.
With a total of 8 residents across both settings, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can shape a supportive and inclusive environment — one where people are empowered to live meaningful, fulfilling lives.

What You’ll Need:
- Experience as a Registered Home Manager, ideally within similar services (LD, autism, complex mental health)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
- A strong understanding of CQC requirements and safeguarding responsibilities
- Exceptional communication and team leadership skills
- A calm, solutions-focused approach to managing behaviours of concern
- A commitment to inclusion, equality, and empowering both staff and residents

- Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal quality frameworks
- Developing individualised support plans and safeguarding protocols
- Building strong relationships with families, professionals, and local partners
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing for all residents
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff
- Contributing to strategic service development and best practice initiatives
