Part-Time Night Staff Nurse (RGN) – £20.50 per hour
24.5 Hours per Week | Dementia & Nursing Care | No Tier 2 Visa Sponsorship
Our client, a small care home specialising in nursing and dementia care for older adults, is looking for an experienced and passionate Staff Nurse (RGN) to join their night team.
As a night nurse, you will play an important role in ensuring high-quality clinical care is delivered consistently throughout the night shift. You’ll lead and support a small team of carers, monitor resident wellbeing, manage medication safely, and maintain detailed care records.
With a calm, homely atmosphere and a strong emphasis on dignity and person-centred care, our client provides a rewarding and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC pin
- Previous nursing home experience is essential
- Strong clinical knowledge and confidence leading night care
- Compassionate, calm, and proactive approach to nursing
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Right to work in the UK (Tier 2 visa sponsorship is not available)
- Please note: newly qualified nurses cannot be considered for this post

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective clinical care to residents with nursing and dementia needs
- Lead the night team and oversee care delivery
- Administer and manage medications in line with policy and guidance
- Respond promptly to any clinical or wellbeing concerns
- Build respectful, trusting relationships with residents and their families
- Ensure detailed and accurate handovers and care documentation
- Promote a calm, secure environment during night hours
