Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) – Night Shifts – £21.50 per hour – 36–48 hours per week

Our client is looking for an experienced Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join a warm nursing home providing nursing and specialist dementia care. As part of the night team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and cared for around the clock.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Previous experience in a nursing home or elderly care environment.
• Strong clinical knowledge and confident decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A caring, patient, and empathetic approach to residents’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care during night shifts.
• Administer medications safely and accurately, in line with NMC guidelines.
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing, responding promptly to any changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
• Provide leadership and support to care staff throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and home policies.
