Registered Nurse – £20 per hour | 36 hours per week | RGN Qualified

Our client is a small, friendly nursing home with a Good CQC rating, providing compassionate and high-quality care for older adults. They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join their team on a permanent basis.

Working 36 hours per week on a rota basis, the Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering person-centred care and promoting the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys building real connections with those they support.

What We're Looking For

• RGN qualification and valid NMC registration
• A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a nursing setting
• A calm, empathetic approach and excellent communication skills
• A strong team ethic with the confidence to take clinical lead when required
• Passion for supporting older adults with dignity and care

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in line with best practice and regulatory standards
• Administer medications and monitor treatment plans
• Lead and support care assistants on shift, ensuring effective teamwork
• Liaise with families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
• Promote dignity, independence, and respect in every aspect of care
