Staff Nurse (RGN) – £22 per hour – Full-Time – Day or Night Shifts

What We're Looking For

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin
• At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in a nursing setting
• Experience supporting older adults, ideally in a dementia or care home environment
• A compassionate and respectful approach to care
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering the highest standards of care

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans
• Administer medications and monitor clinical needs in line with NMC standards
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with care assistants and other professionals to ensure consistent care
• Maintain accurate care documentation and contribute to regular care plan reviews
• Promote dignity, choice, and independence in all aspects of care
• Provide leadership and guidance to the care team on shift
