Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) – £21.50 per Hour – Full-Time – Night Shifts
Looking for a new and exciting night nursing role? Our client, a beautiful nursing home specialising in high-quality care for older adults is looking for a Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join their team. This full-time position offers a chance to provide meaningful, person-centred care in a calm and professional environment.
The home supports residents with a range of complex health needs, including dementia, and is committed to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and respectful atmosphere for both residents and staff. As a night nurse, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents overnight. From medication rounds to clinical assessments and team leadership, your experience and compassion will be essential to delivering consistent, high-quality care.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a current NMC pin
- At least 1 year of post-qualification experience
- Experience working with older adults, ideally within a nursing home setting
- Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
- A calm, compassionate approach to overnight care
- Ability to lead and support care staff when needed

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred care to residents with nursing and dementia needs
- Administer medications and respond to clinical concerns overnight
