Registered Nurse – Rotation of day and night shifts, full-time hours – £24.50 per hour

What We’re Looking For
- Current NMC registration (Registered Nurse – Adult/RGN)
- Strong clinical knowledge and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to high standards of care
- Previous experience in a care home, dementia care, or older adults’ nursing is desirable but not essential

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, person-centred nursing care to residents, ensuring dignity and respect at all times
- Administer medications and monitor care plans in line with NMC standards
- Lead and support care teams to deliver excellent standards of practice
- Assess, plan, and evaluate the care needs of residents in partnership with families and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold regulatory compliance
- Respond effectively to emergencies and changes in residents’ health
