Registered Nurse – RGN/RMN
Night Shifts, 48 hours per week.

Hourly Rate: £20.80 per hour 

 

Our client, a beautiful nursing home, is currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join their team for night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to elderly residents, with a focus on their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered General Nurse (Adult) / Registered Mental Health Nurse with active NMC registration.
  • Proven experience in elderly care, with insight into the complex needs of older adults.
  • Competent in creating comprehensive care plans, risk assessments, and nutritional/dietary plans tailored to residents.
  • Thorough knowledge of safeguarding legislation and frameworks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, clinical assessments, and implementation of personalised care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review individual care plans, risk assessments, and dietary needs.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant care records using electronic systems.
  • Support residents’ holistic wellbeing through effective communication with families and care teams.
  • Keep up-to-date with best clinical practices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
