Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
£20 per hour | Day Shifts, Full-Time

What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
- Clinical experience in elderly care (e.g., wound care, catheterisation, dementia care).
- Confident in care planning and using electronic health records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to delivering inclusive, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care aligned with person-centred care plans and clinical guidelines.
- Assess, plan, implement, and regularly review individual care plans.
- Administer medication and treatments safely, monitoring for effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate care records and electronic documentation.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
- Provide emotional support to residents and families, ensuring dignity and compassion.
- Mentor care staff and contribute to ongoing training and audits.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and nursing best practices.
