Staff Nurse (Nights) – £20.40 per hour

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN) with valid NMC registration.
• Passion for elderly nursing care and resident wellbeing.
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills, particularly during night shifts.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dedicated night team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care during night shifts.
• Monitor residents’ health, complete assessments, and update care plans.
• Safely administer medication and maintain accurate records.
• Support and guide care assistants, fostering teamwork and confidence.
• Promote dignity, independence, and comfort for every resident.
• Respond calmly and effectively to any emergencies overnight.
