• Applicants must hold active NMC registration as an RGN.
• Tier 2 sponsorship is not available for this role.

What You’ll Need

• Active NMC registration as RGN
• Experience working in a nursing home
• Strong clinical judgement and confidence working days
• Sound knowledge of safeguarding, medication management, and care planning

• Familiarity with electronic care planning systems

What You’ll Do

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care during day shifts
• Complete clinical assessments and update care plans as required
• Administer medication and treatments in line with protocols
• Monitor residents’ condition and respond to changes
• Maintain accurate clinical records and handovers
• Work collaboratively with care staff and on-call management
