Registered Nurse (RGN)

Night Shifts | £21 per hour | Full-Time | Maternity Cover

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN) with strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to join a warm, purpose-built nursing home with a Good CQC rating. This full-time night shift role offers the chance to provide exceptional person centred and comfort to older adults.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical background with proven experience in a nursing or care home setting.
• Confident in clinical decision-making and emergency response.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• A genuine commitment to high-quality care and continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in line with best practice standards.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to care staff during night shifts.
• Administer medication safely and accurately, maintaining detailed and compliant records.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of residents throughout the night.
• Collaborate with families, GPs, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Promote dignity, respect, and independence at all times.
