What We’re Looking For
- NMC-registered Nurse (RGN, RMN).
- Previous experience working in a nursing home or similar clinical setting.
- Confident in managing clinical responsibilities during night shifts.
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Genuine passion for supporting older adults and delivering person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents throughout the night.
- Administer medication, monitor clinical needs, and maintain accurate records in line with NMC standards.
- Lead and support care staff to ensure compassionate, consistent, and responsive care.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, residents, and families to promote dignity and wellbeing.
- Uphold all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe, compliant environment.
