What We’re Looking For

• NMC-registered Nurse (RGN, RMN).
• Previous experience working in a nursing home or similar clinical setting.
• Confident in managing clinical responsibilities during night shifts.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting older adults and delivering person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents throughout the night.
• Administer medication, monitor clinical needs, and maintain accurate records in line with NMC standards.
• Lead and support care staff to ensure compassionate, consistent, and responsive care.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, residents, and families to promote dignity and wellbeing.
• Uphold all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to maintain a safe, compliant environment.
