Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join their dedicated day team. This full-time role is based in a bright, modern home designed to support adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives.

What They're Looking For
- Experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker
- Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or above)
- A genuine passion for supporting people with learning disabilities
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- A proactive, team-focused attitude
- Commitment to promoting dignity, choice, and independence
