Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN or RMN) | £23 per hour | Full-Time Hours
Looking for a role where your clinical expertise and leadership make a real difference every day? Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join their growing team. The home provides exceptional care for older adults, many of whom are living with dementia.

You’ll guide, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated carers and nurses—helping to shape a positive culture while ensuring outstanding clinical care.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin.
- Proven experience in a nursing home or dementia care setting.
- Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, elderly care, and dementia support.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead a team effectively and work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
- A compassionate, empathetic, and proactive approach to care delivery.
- Confident in managing clinical risk, safeguarding, and care compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong clinical leadership across the nursing team to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.
- Monitor and evaluate care plans, ensuring they are updated in line with residents' changing needs.
- Act as a role model and mentor to junior staff, supporting training and development.
- Ensure safe medication administration and clinical procedures in line with best practice and regulatory standards.
- Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and choice for all residents.
- Lead and support clinical audits, risk assessments, and safeguarding practices.
- Foster open communication with residents, families, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Support with staff rotas, supervisions, and clinical governance processes.
