Clinical Lead Nurse

Full-Time, Days – £21.50 per hour

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with active NMC PIN
• Proven experience in a senior nursing role, ideally within a care home or similar setting
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
• Excellent knowledge of clinical practices, policies, and CQC regulations
• Compassionate, approachable, and committed to providing high-quality care

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the nursing team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care
• Oversee clinical practices, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and best care procedures
• Provide strong clinical decision-making and guidance to colleagues
• Monitor, review, and update care plans in line with residents’ needs
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold high standards of care
• Work closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote wellbeing
