Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) – £21.50 per Hour – Full-Time – Day Shifts

As a day nurse, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents. From medication rounds to clinical assessments and team leadership, your experience and compassion will be essential to delivering consistent, high-quality care.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a current NMC pin
• At least 1 year of post-qualification experience
• Experience working with older adults, ideally within a nursing home setting
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
• A calm, compassionate approach to care
• Ability to lead and support care staff when needed

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care to residents with nursing and dementia needs
• Administer medications and respond to clinical concerns
• Monitor residents’ conditions and follow individual care plans
• Maintain accurate records in line with NMC and CQC guidelines
• Support care assistants and promote a positive day team culture
• Communicate effectively with families and day staff for seamless care continuity
• Adhere to safeguarding policies and professional standards
