Day Nurse – RGN

Hourly Rate: Up to £22 per hour

37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our client’s dedicated care team on a full-time basis for day shifts. What We’re Looking For

• NMC-registered RGN (Adult) with a valid PIN
• Medication management experience
• A background in elderly or dementia care is desirable
• Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and excellent communication skills

What You’ll Do

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care in line with individual care plans
• Administer medications and treatments, documenting all actions accurately
• Monitor and assess residents’ health, escalating concerns promptly
• Support residents with dementia and complex needs in a compassionate manner
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
• Provide emotional support to residents and families, promoting dignity and respect
