What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (NMC pin required)
• Proven experience in a senior nursing or deputy management role within a care home setting
• Strong clinical background with excellent assessment and decision-making skills
• Confident leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Knowledge of dementia care and older adult nursing essential

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care team
• Oversee day-to-day running of the home alongside the Home Manager
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care for older adults and residents living with dementia
• Lead, mentor, and develop staff to achieve excellence in practice
• Maintain compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding, and clinical governance
