What We’re Looking For:
- Current RGN or RMN registration with the NMC.
- Proven experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager or Clinical Lead in older adult care.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of nursing, dementia care, and CQC standards.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred care.
