What We’re Looking For:

• Current RGN or RMN registration with the NMC.
• Proven experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager or Clinical Lead in older adult care.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of nursing, dementia care, and CQC standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred care.

• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies.
• Participate in care planning, audits, and staff training programs.
• Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
