Domiciliary Care Manager | £42,500 | New Branch Setup
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to take the lead in establishing and growing a brand-new branch. This role is ideal for a driven care professional with a strong understanding of CQC standards, excellent business management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care at home.
The successful candidate will play an important role in setting up the service, recruiting and developing a dedicated care team, and driving the branch forward to become a trusted, successful provider within the community.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Domiciliary Care Manager or Registered Domiciliary Manager.
- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.
- Experience in the business and operational management of a care service.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to successfully develop and grow a care branch.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and registration of a new domiciliary care branch.
- Ensure the service is fully compliant with CQC regulations.
- Recruit, train, and support a skilled care team.
- Oversee the safe, person-centred delivery of care in line with best practice.
- Manage budgets, resources, and day-to-day operations effectively.
- Drive business development and growth, building strong relationships with local stakeholders.
