This role is offering the chance to become a Domiciliary Care Manager leading the setup and growth of a fresh care branch. What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Registered Domiciliary Manager or Domiciliary Care Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Experience in the business and operational management of a care branch.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop, grow, and maintain a successful care service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful setup of a new domiciliary care branch.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing care team.
  • Oversee the delivery of safe, compassionate, and high-quality care at home.
  • Drive business development by building strong relationships in the local community.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and performance effectively.
  • Implement processes to ensure smooth daily operations and long-term sustainability.
