Our client is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead a specialist team and provide expert guidance to managers across the organisation. This is a fixed term contract offering the chance to play a key role in shaping policy, ensuring compliance, and delivering positive outcomes for both staff and the wider service. What We’re Looking For
- CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent degree/qualification).
- Proven experience in employee relations and HR case management.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and policy development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and complex cases with professionalism and fairness.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of employee relations specialists, ensuring effective advice and case management.
- Provide expert guidance to managers on complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases.
- Ensure compliance with employment law, internal policies, and best practice standards.
- Promote early intervention and positive resolutions to workplace challenges.
