Registered Nurse (RGN) | Night shifts, 24 hours per week | £21.00 per hour

What We’re Looking For

• NMC Pin and Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification – no newly qualified nurses for this role
• Strong clinical background with confidence in autonomous decision-making
• Previous experience working in a nursing home, elderly care setting, or similar environment
• Excellent communication skills and a supportive leadership approach
• Ability to remain calm, organised, and focused

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents throughout the night
• Lead, support, and guide care staff to maintain exceptional standards
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Respond promptly to changes in residents’ health and escalate concerns appropriately
• Administer medications safely and in line with nursing home policies
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
