Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Up to £30,000

Our client, a lovely, small nursery with a strong sense of community, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team. What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) – essential.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
• Confident, warm, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Committed to creating an inclusive and positive environment for all children and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0–5 years.
• Plan and deliver fun, developmentally appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively as part of a caring and diverse early years team.
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are consistently followed.
