Our client is looking for a warm, dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their passionate team in a brand-new, purpose-built nursery designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child.

 

Set within a vibrant and engaging space, the nursery features age-specific rooms, a safe and stimulating outdoor playground, and even a vegetable patch to bring learning to life. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified practitioner to help shape a nurturing environment where every child can flourish.

 

As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality early years care and education. You’ll build meaningful relationships with the children and their families, ensuring each child feels safe, valued, and excited to learn every day.

 

What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent)
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
  • A warm, caring, and patient approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous nursery or early years experience is essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children aged 0–5
  • Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support children’s emotional wellbeing, development, and independence
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers, sharing progress and achievements
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team and contribute to nursery life
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed
