From £30,000 | 40 Hours per Week | Level 3 in Early Years

What You’ll Need
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting
- Previous experience in a leadership, senior practitioner, or room leader role (desirable)
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s early learning and development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, professional, and approachable manner
- A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice

What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire your room team to deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support each child’s learning and development
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Carry out observations and assessments to inform tailored learning plans
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment at all times
- Support staff development through role modelling, guidance, and positive leadership
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to uphold the setting’s values and standards
