Salary: Up to £56,000
40 hours per week
Are you a qualified and experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for a rewarding leadership role in a compassionate and well-respected care setting?
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nursing Home Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality residential and nursing care. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the home, ensuring excellent standards of clinical care, compliance with all regulatory requirements, and strong leadership of the care team.
What We’re Looking For
- NMC Registered Nurse (Current Pin) – Essential
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Nursing Home Manager – Essential
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care – Desirable
- Deep understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and clinical governance
- Proven leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Strong organisational and decision-making abilities

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the nursing home, including staffing, compliance, occupancy, and budget control
- Ensure the delivery of person-centred care that promotes dignity, respect, and independence
- Develop, implement, and regularly review individualised care plans
- Provide clear, effective leadership to clinical and care staff, supporting continuous development
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, staff, and external professionals
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and ensure excellent audit outcomes
- Oversee recruitment, performance, and training to build a high-performing team
