Registered Care Manager – Supported Living | Up To £43,000

As Registered Manager of this forward-thinking supported living service, you'll guide and inspire teams supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs to live with independence, dignity, and confidence.

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) and will require travel across supported living sites in the West Midlands and Staffordshire area— a driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it)
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy looking to step up
  • Solid background in supported living or complex care environments
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and supported living frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A person-centred approach with a strong commitment to dignity, inclusion, and positive outcomes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of supported living services across the designated areas
  • Lead, develop and supervise staff teams to deliver consistent, person-centred care
  • Ensure services are fully compliant with CQC and internal quality standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, external professionals, and commissioners
  • Drive continuous improvement and service development
  • Oversee risk assessments, care planning, and safeguarding processes
  • Promote independence, choice, and a fulfilling quality of life for those supported
