Salary: Up to £72,000 per annum + Performance Bonus
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Home Manager to take charge of a well-established, large care home providing nursing and residential care to older adults. What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager or in a similar leadership role within elderly care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is essential
- Valid NMC registration and Nursing Qualification is desirable but not essential
- Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and quality frameworks
- Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and compliance effectively
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Home Management: Oversee all aspects of the daily running of the home, including clinical care, staffing, compliance, occupancy, and budgetary control
- Leadership & Development: Inspire, manage and support care teams to deliver exceptional standards of care, dignity and safety for all residents
- Resident-Centred Care: Ensure residents’ health, wellbeing, and individual care plans are prioritised and continuously reviewed in line with best practice
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and internal quality standards
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, the local community, and external healthcare professionals
- Quality Improvement: Lead on audits, action plans, and service development to achieve and maintain high inspection ratings
