Registered Home Manager – Up to £55,000 + Bonus
Our client is looking for a experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a welcoming and warm nursing home that supports older adults requiring nursing, dementia, and residential care.

As the Registered Home Manager, you will take the lead in overseeing the daily running of this warm and friendly nursing home. The home prides itself on providing personalised, high-quality care in a safe and nurturing environment. The service is looking for a manager with the passion and leadership skills to maintain and improve CQC standards, support staff wellbeing, and ensure residents are treated with dignity, respect, and kindness.
What You’ll Need
- Experience as a Registered Home Manager in an older adult care setting
- Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Nursing qualification (preferred but not essential)
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a people-first approach
