Registered Home Manager (Residential Care) – £40,000 | 40 Hours per Week | Lead a Specialist Autism Support Service

 

Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Home Manager ready to lead a purpose-driven residential care home? What You’ll Need

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent qualification)
  • Experience as a Registered Home Manager in a residential or specialist care setting
  • A deep understanding of autism, complex needs, and person-centred support
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC compliance, safeguarding, and health & safety best practices
  • A proactive and compassionate approach to care

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring effective, person-centred care
  • Lead, support, and develop a skilled care team, promoting a culture of empathy, dignity, and inclusion
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding requirements, and care regulations
  • Develop and maintain individualised care plans that promote independence and life goals
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
  • Champion continuous service improvement through effective leadership and innovation
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and occupancy, ensuring operational and financial efficiency
