Registered Nurse – RGN/RMN/RNLD

Hourly Rate: £22.50

Rotation of day and night shifts, Up to 42 hours per week

What We’re Looking For

• NMC Registered Nurse – RGN, RMN, or RNLD.
• Experience within a nursing home or care setting.
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on safe, high-quality care.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when required.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting residents with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care to residents with complex needs and learning disabilities.
• Support residents’ health and wellbeing through effective assessment, care planning, and clinical practice.
• Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Lead, mentor, and guide care staff during shifts.
• Promote dignity, independence, and choice in all aspects of care.
