Salary: Up to £48,000
We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and experienced Care Home Manager to lead and manage our client’s specialist residential care service, offering rehabilitation support for adults with an acquired brain injury.

What We’re Looking For
- Level 5 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience within a care home manager position, with a track record of achieving good or outstanding CQC rating
- In-depth knowledge of statutory requirements, legislation, and best practices in providing high-quality residential care services.
- Hands-on experience in managing budgets and financial systems.
- Prior experience in the application of grievance, disciplinary, and other performance management procedures.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to motivate and guide staff to maintain high service quality and morale.
- A flexible approach to working hours and the ability to adapt in a dynamic care environment.

Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management: Lead, manage, and guide a dedicated team of professionals, including clinicians, to deliver high-quality residential services while maintaining team morale.
- Service Quality: Ensure care delivery aligns with statutory and regulatory requirements, legislation, and best practices while striving for excellence in service quality.
- Staff Development: Conduct formal supervision and appraisal sessions to support team growth, evaluate performance, and address any concerns proactively.
- Multi-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for the people we support.
- Performance Management: Address issues of poor performance, applying disciplinary or grievance procedures when necessary in line with organizational policy.
- Budget Management: Oversee financial systems and budgets to ensure cost-effective services without compromising quality.
- Administrative Coordination: Prioritize workloads effectively to meet deadlines and organizational objectives.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Respond to changing needs by working flexible or unsociable hours where necessary.
