Healthcare Assistant – Day or Night Shifts | £23,500 

Salary: £23,500 per year (based on 36 hours per week)
Job Type: Permanent

 

Our client is recruiting an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join their growing team at a beautifully designed, small luxury care home for older adults. This purpose-built home provides high-quality, person-centred care in a peaceful, countryside setting — ideal for someone who values compassion, community, and professionalism.

 

This role is ideal for a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified carer who is seeking a supportive environment, excellent training opportunities, and the chance to make a real difference in residents’ lives every day.

 

Due to its location, applicants will need to be able to drive and have access to transport.

 

What They’re Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (essential)
  • Previous experience in a care setting (essential)
  • A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexibly across a 7-day rota (day or night shifts available)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential due to location)

  • Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans closely
  • Contribute to a calm, respectful, and safe environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and senior staff
  • Support new staff and share knowledge with colleagues
